Maryellen Hooper - Dignity Under Duress
A redheaded dynamo, her patented style of silliness is contagious and, rather than using cynicism to poke fun at those around her, she has been successful in drawing upon her unique personal experiences as well as her comical clumsiness to evoke laughter. Her first comedy CD, titled (appropriately) Dignity Under Duress, was recorded before a wildly enthusiastic live audience at the legendary Ice House Comedy Club in Pasadena.
